Yes you may add :) Thanks for the comment. I appreciate it. I really like the way you expressed it as well. I invite you to write more on topics relevant to this project. I can add a post to the site and/or put something in the Facebook group Cannabis and Spirituality. You can also post directly to that group.

Stephen, perfect!!! You've described the effects very well.. May I add? What I often say to people when describing the effects is that I find it takes my conscious mind/self out of the way and allows me to access my Unconscious (in Jungian terms) and the Higher Self, and by extension, access to far beyond this Earthly realm. I am naturally intuitive and empathic. I find that when I vape, I am able to process and "connect the dots" so to speak. It allows me to look at a situation or problem at a much much higher level. I can literally "translate" and understand languages that I do not normally speak. I am able to gain a level of comprehension that is exquisite in its clarity regarding what I am seeking an answer in. My intuitive empathic abilities are enhanced hundredfold and time and again, consistently, I gain answers to that which I seek guidance or direction for. Yours is the first article I have come across that explains it in real terms, and I thank you for that. I do no use it for recreational, rather for medicinal, however, have discovered this side benefit with elation .. Thanks again

In reply to <a href="https://www.cannabisandspirituality.com/cannabis-for-problem-solving/#comment-544">Becca</a>.

Thanks for the comment Becca. Your observation is spot on of course. I read AlterNet often and see a lot of articles on topics related to this glorification of the silly side of cannabis. I'm not impressed, but advocates like you and I need to keep our eyes on the prize as it were and continue to respectfully point out other possibilities.
Although I'm not sure "micro-dose" is the accurate term, there are definitely riches to be uncovered in the "less is more" approach that some of my favourite cannabis wisdom elders talk about.

This is poignant Stephen. It strikes me that many people who partake of cannabis, do so to "enhance" the distractions that are a part of their daily life ... get high to: watch TV, eat, play video games, socially interact, etc. Too few understand the amplified power of introspection that can come from a micro-dose of cannabis.
